Happy Holidays

Every year on December 25, we celebrate Christmas, a day for spending time with family, partaking in lighthearted traditions, or just spreading some holiday cheer! Christmas has evolved over several millennia into a worldwide celebration chock full of fun-filled, family activities.

Personalized Gifts Kids Can Make/Give

Christmas is a time of giving. But, there are a number of gifts your small child/preschooler can make/give that are super easy and don't require a lot of store bought materials or complicated steps.

Decorated Pine Cones: Collect pine cones and have your child decorate them with paint, glitter, and small pom-poms. These can be used as festive ornaments or centerpieces.

Cookie Decorating Kit: Assemble a small kit with plain cookies, tubes of icing, and sprinkles. Kids can decorate these cookies and then package them in festive bags or boxes to give away.

Snow Globe Jars: Use small jars, waterproof glue, glitter, and small waterproof figurines to create homemade snow globes. Kids will love assembling and shaking these magical gifts.
